SHIPPING
Our orders are shipped in 3 days from purchase date. Once your order is shipped, you
will receive it within 2-5 business days of its ship date. We do not ship on the weekend or holidays and we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Shipping times may vary, but be sure we make our best to get you your order as quickly
as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide.
Customer service will contact you if this happens.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable and they do not include taxes and duties.
We are unable to ship to PO Box.
The Loom is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

RETURNS
Returns will be processed through our Returns portal. If you are having issues with the
portal, please reach out to us at hello@theloom-official.com
The item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a
refund. This includes the original packaging they came in.
Make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all garment tags/labels still
attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return. Your refund will be processed in 7 business days.
